Ball was made to handle heavier oil conditions.  As far as accomplishments unfortunately it is the only Action I don't own and have yet to throw so I coan't tell you anymore than that.

More length and stronger backend than the Action, stronger in oil than the Attack but close to same motion even though core/cover are way different.

I have 3 of these gems since they are closeout for dirt anymore from my local shop, ball revs forever and then makes a nice move shot after shot.

I rank this ball as one of the best medium/heavy oilers ever made, the best ball in the action series for me at least.

I saw a good friend of mine from this site...

Fluff???  I can't remember shoot 792 with his the first night he had it.

It seriously could have been 868!

THe ball makes a serious move when it decides to turn.  His is drilled pin up a good ways with a smoother surface and polish compared to box and really powers to the hole.

My son a young bowler had his first 6 and also shot a couple of games in the 26X with his right out of the back and he is still 13.  For him it was an explosive and powerful step up from his good but more tame Messenger Low RG.

how about the surface of the max?? is it better to leave it at oob condition? or do I need to scuff it a little bit?? haven't really tried throwing my max.. currently having success using my other balls...(action packed, action, and the dr. jekyll)

My action max is at 1000 abralon. The ball is a beast on oil. Definately my favorite out of the action series.

ok... i was just wondering if I would be scuffing it with a brown scotch brite, would my ball rollout?? or burns up all its energy even before hitting the pocket? plan on using it on a shark pattern...

I have some undrilled Max's 3 15lbs and 1 16lb. I'm looking to move, if interested let me know. Thanks. I would say these would be a good value.
