Wow,

Never was one to carry more than 3 balls and 1 plastic, but I think I can finally go back to carrying 2, highly unlikely though    

Bowled on a flood last night and started with the Apogee, thought I would have to go to something for heavier like the New Standard.  Never a doubt with this thing.   Did not switch all night and maybe moved 3 boards all night.   269, 245, 256 for 770, highest series this season.   Ball is marketed for mediums, but with that coverstock, I think it can handle heavier conditions to the mediums.   Maybe I should just go back to carrying 2 balls....After all it is the bowler right, Columbia you have my loyalty back...

The Apogee does skid good through the heads. I just used mine last weekend towards the end of a qualifying block at a PBA Regional on old wood lanes. I was playing inside 5th arrow and the ball wouldn't read the lane until it got to the midlane. In my experience so far, the Apogee isn't an oil ball. It needs some backend for it to work at its best, unless you were to adjust the coverstock. It is M80 after all.
