Those of you who have tried one or seen one in use, how much oil will it handle? Is it more of a medium ball or would a strong drilling make it a ball for heavier shots also? Thanks for any input.

It's made to be more of a medium condition ball but with a stronger drilling and/or some more surface it can handle more oil, there are better choices for the heavy stuff though. Great ball, easily my favorite of the Rival line.

Just another hack with too much equipment.

I've had one of these for some time now and I find it to be great on medium to medium heavy oil conditions. Mine is drilled with the pin about 4 1/2" from the pap and just right of the ring finger. This is my go to ball and is just above the Bedlam in my bag. I would suggest, however, that you keep some surface on it and have it put in the pro-shop oven at least once a season depending on how much it gets used.
Hope this helps.

i had a couple of these. rolled great with the pin up layout. I agree that it does suck oil up pretty good so make sure to clean/rejuvinate it.
i'd say its a good option for a benchmark ball, but not for very oily lanes.
