Arsenal ?
« on: April 21, 2017, 11:55:29 AM »
Thinking of adding a Hammer Blue Hammer for dry conditions and possibly as a spare ball and a Cyborg for medium heavy conditions to my Impulse which is pretty good for medium-medium light. Thoughts on this 3 ball arsenal? Have I got the basics covered?

BTW, I am a medium speed 14-15mph at the pins, 200-250 revs, and pap 5 7/16R/1 5/16up. Stroker who prefers to play up 8-9-10.

Blue Hammer is a pretty weak piece that will only come int play when they are pretty dry IMO. Its hard to get Urethane to hit and carry properly unless you have some rev rate it seems like
You might want to consider the Track Tundra for a drier lane piece.
or wait a month until the new releases come out, there is great lower end piece in there

Hard to recommend urethane for dry sometimes because if the heads are really fried, good luck. You would most likely prefer a reactive ball designed for light oil.
