Belmonte is back to storm?
« on: March 25, 2007, 02:43:44 AM »
I noticed in a storm update they mentioned belmonte as an international storm staffer again. i guess he went back after the columbia flushing. just another fall out of it.

Ebonite does not pay amateur staffers any money, that is there policy and i doubt they change it anytime soon.

Staff player don't do anything. If they are really good it's because of the player abaility NOT the ball.  Ebonite has done well the past year because their balls fit well for ALL bowlers.  League bowlers get the ball motion they always wanted after watching the pros on TV

Actually staffers do make a huge impact in their markets.  Even if there not the best in the local area.  With what I saw working for the big c staffers are a very important part of the marketing plan.  Just my .02...

Belmo was making 50k a year for Columbia, i think he does have a huge impact in Australia and all over the world. Storm came close to the number so when he parted ways he and Chrisman were still friends, that is why he is back with them.

I am glad to hear that things worked out for Belmo.  He is truely a class act and a fun guy to be around.  I have bowled quite a few times with him and not only is he a dominating force on the lanes but he is never cocky or arrogant.  Whoever he is representing is lucky to have a player like that....

i think Jason can use any brand and still kick butts, however i think he matches better with wicker coverstocks since he has the power and the hability to make the ball do whatever he wants to

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.
