Big thumbs up for Bugsy Kelly and Columbia 300!!

I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the Columbia 300 brand manager Bugsy Kelly. I had a customer service issue and I emailed him and he responded promptly and went over and above to get my situation resolved.

In these times of poor customer service by a lot of companies, its nice to know Columbia300 still cares about their faithful users.

Same here...Had an issue and Shawn Morris came in and took care of the
problem...

Thanks to the entire Ebonite Columbia, Track and Hammer staff...

They are always there to help...
