need a new ball-suggestions?
« on: February 18, 2006, 12:38:29 PM »
I'm a high average bowler, been using a wicked the past 3 years and loved it. Averged between 213 and 228 with it.  I'm basically a stroker and I love a ball that hooks a lot late, I like a ball that flips.  Bowling in a house with medium oil and playing about 10 out to 5 but I can play deeper or straighter, pretty versital, I'll play what the lane gives me.  Controlling a ball has never been a problem for me, just a question of how much it finishes and carrys (isn't it always?).  What new ball would you suggest?

Well it really depends on your price range.

High End - Action Packed

Mid-Price - U-Turn Pearl

Low End - Dr. Jekyll

Of course the higher priced the ball, the more overall hook your'e going to get and the higher priced balls will be able to handle more oil, but each of those balls has a nice flip at the backend.
