My dad just got this ball. I'm assuming it's a reactive ball since it doesn't say anywhere that it's a particle? What kind of cleaner do you recommend for this ball?
-
Why do you ask?
Have the bowling ball cleaners you used previously not worked on this one?
I have used
Lane Masters Bowling Ball Cleaner
Neo-Tac's Liquid Nitro
Track Clean N Dull
Ultimate Black Magic Rejuvenator
Brunswick's Remove-All
All are excellent.

I was just going to buy him a heavy duty cleaner, the only one I've used is track clean n' dull. and since this is not a dull ball I didn't think it would be appropriate.

Well, yes and no.
No, in that Clean and Dull does NOT dull balls, nor is it only intended for dull balls.
Yes, it is appropriate to use it with polished pearls such as the Messenger pearl. However, it is rarely necessary to use a cleaner as powerful as Clean and Dull (probably the most powerful bowling ball specific cleaner on the market today.) C&D is better used, on a daily basis, on dull balls that are used on veyr oily lanes and suck up that oil very fast.
So, I'd personally recommend another regular every day cleaner and use C&D, maybe once a month or so on the Messenger. The list I offered are not the only ones, but they are ones I definitely recommend and they are NOT weak at all. That's why I recommend and use them myself.
