hi, my first ball was a U-Turn Particle ball, was great ball, very agressive........ but i buy another ball and i put my uturn in my room, a week later the ball crack it self!!! WHY!! i wrote to columbia to find any answer about that!! they tell me that tha ball have no warranty!! WAO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
any opinion about that?

Calm down. That ball is like, 5 years old. Of course there's no warranty. They can't just offer an infinite warranty.

Yes, but sorry, balls are only warranteed for one year from the purchase date. If they crack within that time, almost every case I have heard of, all manufacturers will replace the ball free of charge.
Remember also that this is a new Columbia300. As of Spring of last year, 2007, they are now owned by Ebonite. The U-Turn was manufactured by the old Columbia300. That could also be the reason. It is a new corporation.

I know that the warranty is one year, The reason that i get very mad is the cooperation of my Pro-Shop and the columbia 300 its self. The ball is brand new, i buy it in 2005 and only use it about 6 to 8 months, then i buy other ball. I put it my self in my room, because i dont have another bag for the ball. Man! its crack its self and i can not belived that!!
