It depends on what reaction you are looking for.  In my opinion, they are both good oil balls.  The Action will be more of a roll and controlled ball reaction where the Max will provide more angle on the back part of the lane.  I hope this helps.

Hi i have an action. But I can't get the reaction from the ball, the way i wanted it. The reaction of my ball seems to be pure roll. When bowling on fresh oil, I could only play on the outside and play straight up and in... I really wanted to uses this ball while playing inside... What do I need to do with my ball?? Currently my pin is under my ring finger and is close to the cg. Based from our pro shop, he told me that the closer the distance between the two, the earlier it would roll... Do you guys have any suggestions?? It would really be appreciated.
