Most of your equipment seems to be either pearlized or polished reactive. You might want to pick up a hybrid with some surface to fit somewhere in the middle. It will handle the oil and carrydown but not snap off the mark. Give it early roll to handle the carry down but lessen the snap.
I find Hybrids to be the best choice for transitions because of how consistent they are. In order to get a Columbia ball that would be comparabale to a hybrid I might try a Bedlam and take the surface down to 2000 matte no polish. This will smooth the breakpoint reaction but give it power to handle the surface.
I also happen to think the Total Bedlam is one of the best balls ever made, but to use that you'd have to put a very weak drill on it to tame that beast for this purpose, maybe do something like a 45 x 4 x 65 or something similar based on your PAP.
You can't go wrong either way. I also love the full swing, but that ball struggles in carry down for me.
