I know there was some information on here before but I cannot seem to find it.  Does anyone know some of the details on when the cut off date was etc...

Hey

The program is already been discontinued.  I have yet to receive our final
check yet from it that we submitted.   I believe the date was Feb. 6th that
they canned it.   No advance warning so if you had any stickers left they
are kaput.
