Columbia's cores question
« on: June 05, 2006, 10:42:10 PM »
Hi there,

just a simple question: can anyone tell me if Columbia uses real cores in leightweight balls, or just pucks like some other manufacturers.
I am looking for the new Wrath in 12 lbs. for a fellow bowler - but the core specs on Columbia's website are only for 14 through 16 lbs.

Does anyone know? Thank you in advance!

When you buy a ball from the COULUMBIA 300 FAMILY (columbia, amf, track) and you get a performance ball (other then say a scout) under 14lbs. Unless stated otherwise the core in the balls under 14 have a Inverted bulb shape/integral core. This is just a common basic core of the company. Like I said unless stated otherwise.

Thanks a lot! Do you know a source where one can find specs numbers, esp. for a 12 lbs. ball? Anyone?
