Cuda/C remake ?
« on: September 28, 2006, 01:12:02 AM »
I have one of these and was wondering if anybody else has drilled one yet?  I was wondering how strong this ball actually is.  I ask this because I am still unsure on the coverstock, I have heard original G4 and I have heard Superflex.  There is a big difference between the two and I would like to hear some feedback from some of you.  If you have drilled it, do you find that it is strong or relatively week by todays standards?  Thanks in advance.

I drilled a few of the remakes and found them to be a bit stronger in the mid-lane versus the original Cuda's.  Compared to a today's standards I would imagine the remake to be a good medium oil ball with decent flare.  Reaction would depend on drilling, surface, etc. but it should still perform very well.

Just slap you favorite drilling into it and take it to the lanes...unless you were looking to fill a gap that you have??

I too would like to know what the difference is, I need one back.  That was a sick reaction, clean and strong but controlled at the break. ahhh i long for that again.

I have been told the the ceramicore densities are almost half of the original ball. So probably a good ball but not even the same exact ball produced in the past.

I apologize if I came off sounding a bit pushy...that tone wasn't intended.  I was just trying to help and get out the proper information.
