The Crossroad will be the more versatile ball of the 2. That ball gets really nice length and is very easy to read. You get a lot of performance for the money. The Freeze Hybrid is a good ball but I see it 1 step below as a medium-dry piece.
1 option you don't want to overlook is the HyRoad. That ball is very similar to the Crossroad (same cover, slightly different core) but reads a touch later in the midlane. It's a proven ball, takes surface changes very well, and is extremely versatile (I've used it on dry to medium-heavy with good results). You also might be able to find a better price on it since it's not the newest ball on the market.
