go columbia 300 customer support, sent a message yesterday without really thinking i would get a response but to my suprise i didnt get an email i got a phone call and a solution thanks go out to chad at columbia 300.

I think it's the way they do things at Ebonite. A few months ago we sent Hammer an e-mail. Within 5 minutes, we had a reply, problem solved.
