Title: Detour Problem

I have crack line around my pin and the pin is drill above the bridge.  Anyone have the same problem with Detour?   I am station overseas in Germany and I have problem trying to get German bowling center to do any kind of warrantee replacement on my Detour.  The ball was purchase online in the US in March.  I don't know who I can turn to get replacement for it.  I am still bowling with my Cuda/C and nothing ever happen to it.  I wish the ball was built a little tougher.  Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated

Call Columbia and they ask me to send it over to the store I purchase it from.  It was Buddiesproshop so I have to send it over.  It is not fun to be station overseas.  I should just buy another Detour.
