Depends on what you mean by dry lanes.  If you're talking light oil on the fresh and/or a higher friction lane surface (wood), I'd agree the Jazz is the way to go.  If you're looking for something for "broken down" lanes, than I'd go with a Wrath High Flush with a skid flip drill to play in with.
