Is this the simple Scout with the pancake and a 0.02" differential, or the stronger hi-flare version with the added puck?

probably a very dark version of the regular scout reactive.  It isn't a Hi-flare model.  The Hi-flare models actually said Hi flare on the ball.  nor is it the original urethane scout. because it says reactive on it.  Its just one of the old basic Scout/Rs.  Nothing too special about them same thing as a tornado (ok maybe not the exact same thing but close enough.
