About the same place as the Burst since they are the same ball.

So then why was the Resurgence a Heavy Oil ball and the Burst is for Medium light?

1000 sanded (resur.) vs 4000 factory finish polish (burst)

KoukiGS is spot on here. The Burst is 4000 grit polished version of the Resurgence(1000 grit sanded) which is why it is a medium - medium-dry ball verus a medium-heavy to heavy oil ball. Sand a Burst down to 1000 grit and you have a Resurgence, but to answer your question, it's one of the better medium-heavy to heavy oil balls of all time and that's where it should fit in you arsenal. Unless ofcourse you change the grit level and polish.

also, since the release of the resurgence there have been thicker, better oils produced to combat the increasing strength of bowling balls
