What is the difference between the EPX A1 and T1 ?
Which one was released first?
Did the later release fix/address the cracking issues I have read about?
What is the good and bad about these balls?
I hear that the epoxy cover has alot of grab even IN some heavier oil

T1 Came first A1 followed it around 8 months later. I am not sure if the A1 Fixed the cracking issue.
I can say the T1 was amazing in oil, on of a kind really. It is to bad they had the issues they did cause the they were amazing. Some idiots didn't clean them or didn't take care of them or used them on the wrong condition then came back and gave the ball a bad name. But it was a incredible ball. Mine lasted about 150 games, changed direction like nothing else ever has in oil. I still miss it.

seems like really really strong balls get a bad wrap cause people want to use them on day to day stuff and when the ball hits the lane , rolls out, and doesn't hook they blame the ball..
part of the reason heavy particle balls got a bad wrap too..
thanks for the info.. I may look for one to give it a try..

Exactly right... If the box finish is at 1000 or 2000 A-pad, the ball needs oil... On most house shots, good for shadow bowling and maybe the first 3 frames....
After that, put it away...
It would be like using a 460 CC driver on a 140 yd par 3... and then complain that you overshot the green by 100 yds.
It cracks me up when you read some of these post and people say, "the ball rolled out" Do you use snow tires in July.......

T1 and A1 had different cores.
