EPX T1 trade
« on: March 02, 2007, 07:16:26 AM »
I have an offer to trade my Scorchin Inferno for my friends EPX T1.  It seems that my Scorchin has lost its power.  I roll my buddy's EPX and have no issues with it.  I've read allot of bad reviews about the EPX, your thoughts would be appreciated...

Every ball will have bad reviews so I really wouldn't let that bother you to much. EPX is an incredible ball real powerful all the way through the lane overall an incredible piece. Anyway if he is goofy enough to trade you for it I defintily would take him up on it. EPX will be stronger through out the lane than the Scochin and cover far more boards and hitting harder. Just remeber to clean it every 12-20 games or so hot water for 20 minutes and let it cool off for a few hours and you will be ready to rock again.

In my opinion,

The two main benefits to this ball are its ability to react in carrydown and its predictable reaction.  If you have sufficient oil and/or contend with significant carrydown then this ball will be phenominal.
I assume that because you have a scorchin that you will likely see enough oil to make this ball work for you.
