Anyone remember the Icon Quad?
« on: September 19, 2005, 08:50:37 PM »
Remember the times I played with my Icon Quad. I loved its reaction. But now the ball has cracked and I need a replacement.
Any ball (not necessarily Columbia) resembles Icon Quad's reaction?
Thanks for suggestions!

I don't know...remember that the IQ was an overseas ball. I know that Columbia had it on their website, but I never saw one thrown. I did hear a lot of good things about it though.

Yeah, right. I almost forgot.
But do they manufacture anything equivalent for sales in US?

i had one, heavy 15#, but i traded it away cuz it was too close to 16#, but it hooked a lot!!! i had sanded it down a little and man was it a good ball, but again, it was too heavy...

Thanks for the information. So have you tried bowling a ball that has a similar reaction with the IQ? May I say the Strike Zone from Brunswick would resemble it? Or too strong?
Thanks again!
