Any one have luck with a Freeze?
« on: July 15, 2009, 02:52:46 PM »
Man I was testing this ball and holly crap!!! For me this ball is sick. Goes long I mean really long and has a nice continous arc to the pocket. I have not seen this reaction on any other ball I have thrown lately and is the first Columbia ball I have tested or thrown in a few years. Now I am very interested in some of there other equipment. Way to go Columbia!!!!

If you like the freeze on the low end you might want to try the full swing on the high end I have one and have seen quite a few thrown and this ball on sum volume is sweet.

I am alittle worried on the full swing, I think it would be to much for what I encounter normally. I have alot of hand and tend to drill weak balls strong. I was hoping that I would have tested that ball, but I didn't get a chance to. Maybe I'll punch one out will see. thanks for the sugestion.

This ball is a beast for the money. It will be very clean through the fronts and has a very strong move and the breakpoint. This ball might be the best deal on the market for the price and performance.

You put the Momentum cover and the Messenger core, recipe for a winner.  I've been thinking about buying one of these and putting more of a control layout on it to combat one of the league shots I'll see next year.   I think it'll fit quite nicely.

Friend I bowl with is raving about this ball and man it is  a heck of a ball especially for the price. He has a ton of room for error pull it a hair tight and itll hold but if you get it wide to the dry its coming back and its back in a big way. Only issue Ive seen from it is due to the drive and angle is ringing 10 pins occasionally on solid shots.

if u are ringing 10 pins u may want to change the surface alittle it maybe coming in behind the head pin and not flipping it out. This is a great ball and chad m has done it again with a great ball at a great price.

Would the freeze fit in between the storm fast and natural?

not exactly sure of the Utah products since I have not thrown them but I would have to say Yes because of the numbers. Besides the Natural is a complete urathane ball.
