Columbia Elite shops should have recieved their Seed balls today. Boy this is the most awesome color in a ball I've ever seen. This thing is beautiful and it is obviously........A PEARL. Feel and look wise it looks much like the Track Exception(GOO LS/M-80 Pearl). I can't wait to see this rolled on the lanes. Too bad I can't have it
Some balls you can just look at and say "Wow this thing is gonna turn the corner hard". This is one. As soon as I see this in somebody's hands or throw one, I'll let you guys know. Jeff Mop, you should like this one.

Then my Proshop should of got it today.
I dont think its ganna be a huge flip ball, Its just ganna go a little longer b4 it hooks.
Besides if you want one, get a Bully Polish it too 2000, engrave "backyard" by the bully part and you'll have a Back Yard Bully.
Bully and Backyard Bully have same exact specs, just cover prep is diff.

what do you mean differnt cover? there both M80.
Im not one of those guys who makes fun of columbia for coming out wiht alot of balls, i was jsut saying its the same exact thing except its polished.
I also did say it would go longer and be more snappy. It's just not ganna be a HUGE flip ball because of its core.

o well thats kinda my fault kinda C300's fault. I didnt read the top part because its mostly just promo stuff. I just looked down below at the stats and it says Coverstock-M80. It does not say M80 2. It only says M80 2 above in the reading.

Even if the Backyard Bully had the M80 coverstock, it would still be different. A pearlized cover is not the same as a polished solid.

You're representing a pro shop and you're saying what a company provides on it's balls is BS? I would have really ripped into you but I read your profile first and now I can understand.
That's ok, with age comes experience and wisdom.

No no no no. The stuff usually at the top is promo stuff and its just trying to get you to buy the ball.
Like here's what i mean.

Its just easier on that sight to read below about the specs.
I know I'm young and have alot to learn but that dosent mean I'm stupied and don't know nothing. I just didnt see the M80 2 from the get go.

Got mine today, drilled it about 5x3 with a xhole on the center-line about 2" past the PAP. The league I bowled in tonight is supposed to be the PBA Pattern C (scorpion) but they are playing about 50 ft long cause the backends are not fresh. I threw the ball a couple of times in practice and it is definitely not an oil ball. Once the ball did reach the very little backend that there is, I saw that it really wants to hook. I'll try it again tomorrow night on some lanes with some adequate backends and give you all an update, plus a video soon.

I saw it this evening. Lonce should've used it against Hansel and Sean upstairs. He welcomes all challengers

Mr Bass they kicked my Butt and took my money today. I went back on the lanes at 11:30pm and left the lanes at 2:30am. I'll be back I may drill up that backyard bully for their butts that ball looks good still trying to figure out if it's solid or pearl?

Just got my Backyard Bully drilled last night and love it so far. It isn't the skid snap ball I expected it to be. The ball makes a very smooth turn into the pocket and flat blows up in the pocket. I've had all three of the Bully line and this is by far my favorate of the three.
To the guy who thinks just polishing the Big Bully would be the same as this ball, he is very wrong. I have the Big Bully and rolled it polished for a while, they have two total diferent reaction, so no it isn't the same.
