Both the Vector One and Vector Two had a standard 3-piece weight block that was popular among many urethane balls from the 80's. The difference being, if I remember correctly, was the position of the "pancake" in the weight block. The Vector One had the pancake equidistant from the center of the ball to the cover, and the Vector Two had the pancake sitting right in the middle of the weight block.
Most standard 3-piece weight blocks had the pancake at the top of the weight block, sitting right under the cover material. By changing the pancake position, in theory, Columbia was making the Vector's more center heavy, thus making them suitable for heavier volumes of oil because they would roll sooner than a urethane ball with a standard pancake core. The Vector Two was the most heavy center of the two, and was meant for floods. I hope this helps!
