Title: Help, Advise Needed
Post by: smitgre on January 02, 2004, 12:35:58 AM
Have an Icon II and LOVE it.  Couldn't be happier.  Throw 3rd board.  42' of skid and snap on the backside.  Would like a ball that has a little more mid-range hook and less angle into the pocket.  If I have to play the outside line to get the snap, I leave numerous 10 pins (I'm right handed).  Would really like to play similar shot with a little more mid-range.  Any new balls out there anybody could recommend?  I'm in the market.

The original Icon was designed more for that,my friend: earlier roll in oil with a smoother backend. However, since they have newer stuff out, my vote would be the Formula, as it looks to be like an original Icon only earlier read in the oil with the same smooth but continuous backend. Hope this helps.
