I don't know my specs like others, but I can tell you that I am/was a speed dominant player for like...forever. And this year, either I'm still at a speed deficit due to recovery from a year long quadriceps injury, or the lane conditions have gotten very dry, but my Bedlam has been a godsend.
My speed used to be in the 17-18 mph range, and this year it's usually more like 15-16. So everything I have was moving too early, unless I muscled it, and then it had even less rotation than normally. Bought the Bedlam and except when the oil is super fresh (first game, or even first 1/2 game), it's been a great ball for me.
My only caution is that it is more sensitive to changes in hand position and speed than most of my other equipment, which is great for a last minute correction of a bad delivery...not so much, though, when you are delivering what you think is a good shot, and accidentally mess it up at the last moment.
Overall, though, this is a great ball if you want to regain or compensate for some of the lost speed at the beginning and middle part of the lane. The Bedlam WILL snap at the end. I wouldn't call it skid-flip, but it's stronger (to me) than just an arc.
Hope that helps in some way.
