Anyone here throwing a throttle?  And what are your opinions on it?  Also has anyone thrown both the throttle and the icon 300?  How do they compare to each other?

I have thrown both. I have found the Throttle to be an excellent med. heavy to heavy oil ball. I was not as impressed with the Icon 300. I also have a Super Carbide Bomb, the Throttle is only marginally weaker in soup than the SCB. Both Columbia balls are drilled stacked leverage, I would probably be classified as a "tweener", med. high revs, med. high speed. I throw a lot of Lane #1 stuff, but I do really like the Throttle. The Icon 300 was the first Columbia I had purchased in several years but I quickly replaced it with the Throttle. For me, the Throttle was much stronger in med. heavy to heavy than the 300.
