Total Bedlam is a hybrid.

The ball is exactly what it says....2 pearls and a solid.  Some would call this a hybrid.

Thanks,

Subject: Total Bedlam Coverstock Question
Question: Is the Total Bedlam a soild, pearlized, or hybrid covered ball?  I see in your description online that it states:  "purple pearl/orange/blue pearl"

Hopefully you can clear up this confusion.  Thanks.

I kind of figured all along that it was a 2-part pearl 1-part solid hybrid but a few others here swore they heard/knew that it wasn''t.  I have one sitting right here in front of me NIB and it sure does look like a solid because of the finish but if I look closely at the blue coloring on the ball it is definitely pearlized.  The purple is harder to see the pearlization than the blue.  Of course the orange is a solid and looks as such.

I''m not trying to start an argument, challenge anyone (because I respect everyone''s views/opinions here), or beat a dead horse, but I just thought I should pass the email that I received back along to those that are interested.

Thanks.

Right, the videos show it moving a ton downlane, raised my attention to it being a straight solid reactive.

There are different kinds of pearls now.   There is cosmetic pearl, and performance pearls.

The performance pearls roll and react like solid balls.  There are no pearl characteristics in reaction, like balls of the past.

The cosmetic pearl type cover stock, are like pearl balls of the past.  Increased length, energy and back end.

Too bad companies won't typically inform the consumer which of the two they are.

Wouldn't the name cosmetic pearl imply that they only look like a pearl and therefore do not react like traditional pearls? And performance pearl, with the name performance, shouldn't it react like a traditional pearl ball? Just seems like that is what the names would imply....
