just made a video of my backyard bully

here is my drill layout

i have a 4 step approch i tend to bend my elbow when string back and than go stright and bend it forward before i release the ball.  
i need to learn how to release the ball with out droping it the way i did in that video. can someone help me.
this lane was fresh oil.  so the backyard did good for about 1/2 game and than it didn't read the lane at all.  
this is the only  ball i have so i have to do with it.
it is a backybully. 15#
my ball speed is about 14-17
my weight is 120
my gender is male age 21

i got the same ball and love it! i coudlnt see ur layout tho.  

it seemed to me as if you kinda ran to the line and pulled a road runner halt to the cliff. id take ur time more.

another thing its a lot harder tohold the ball with one hand at ur weight and size.  you have the make the sure the ball is more stable throughout your swing.

i do slid alot more than it look. i slide about 4" before the foul line i guess it the angle.  most of the time i do feel i have total control of the ball but when i dont i miss my mark very bad

are you a no thumber? if not you should try not to carry your swing as much, that should help alot, the less elbow bend the better.
