As a pro shop operator I really think that C300 has had some equipment the last few years that has been really good, but has been greatly overlooked.

The Alter Ego, The Drive, The OverDrive are just a few. Each of the ones listed performed well for everyone that I have drilled them for. I have not had a customer unhappy with them.

Why have I not heard as much about these balls from bowlers on BR.com?

A good friend of mine just got on Columbia's pro staff.(not the tour).

He punched a U turn particle up at 6:30PM  and went to league and shot
X / 30 In a row!  280 300 X = 789!  This was not his 240 center this was his 220 center.

He thinks they are pretty good!

Two days later he punched up a backyard bully and won a US open shot 5 game tourney by about 40 shots over about 70 entries.

I just put a post on about my Formula in this Columbia Forum.(U turn particle brother)  and what all of a sudden I'm expecting out of it in league and while 30 in a row may be pushin it...well 2 7 baggers in 18 shots is not bad!

PS I own 4 Drives(what a great hard revvin core!)...as I was learning to drill assymetrics and I was able to pick them up so reasonably...a shame really(see my Super Symmetric post in drilling).  Have an Alter Ego undrilled...so many ideas so little time!
PPS...Six would you mind posting your Uturn drilling for the Columbians now assembled?  Provided it is not a trade secret!  Thanks!

We recounted and realized friend probably only had 27 strikes in a row based on score...or 28!

Another ball that was pretty popular around here was the Hyde.

Long before I joined staff I had an Alter Ego.....probably 2 1/2 years ago..........and it was a very good ball. Only now that it has been discontinued and shops are selling them at blow out prices do I see anyone using it. The Alter Ego was an awesome ball. I think it would have filled many-a-slots in bowler's bags.

Three of the best "under the radar" Columbia balls are the Detour, Ricochet Rebound, and polished up Hydes.
