I have used both of these balls.  The Wicked seemed to roll pretty early for me whereas the Messenger got down the lane better with more backend pop.  The breakpoint on the Wicked is a little smoother than the Messenger Ti.  Messenger Ti is a little more flippy at the breakpoint.  I hope this answers your question.
