Original Columbia Wicked
« on: June 09, 2008, 12:16:51 PM »
Does anyone know of any pro shop or person who may have an undrilled 15lb. original Wicked laying around. The one I have is showing it's age but it's been a great ball and I would like to get another. Thanks for any help.

Drrev2000,

Will the Momentum get down the lane fairly easily and be pretty strong on the backend? That's the reaction I have with the Wicked and really would like in it's replacement.

Tony,

If you decide to get the Momentum, I'd really like to hear you it compares to the Wicked, including drillings and surface changes, if any.

By the way, which Wicked are you talking about: the original Blue/Oyester or the BRT?

Thanks.

charlest,

I have the original Blue/Oyster. I will definitely let you know if that's the route I go. The Momentum definitely intrigues me because of the backend it has. My Wicked is very strong there too but it starting to show it's age with some cracking around the fingers and I want something that will be close to it for me.

I have not yet seen the Momentum in action. That is why I am interested. With people and oil and lane surfaces, you can never tell what's going to happen and how.  These types of comparisons are always fascinating.

Best of luck.
