The Loud Noize is designed to compliment the early, smooth motion of the original Noize. This ball offers length, but still has some surface texture to blend out the over/under reaction on wet/dry lanes.
My Loud Noize, drilled 60* x 40* at 4 1/4" from my PAP, sort of struggled with the heavy volume in our center. In box finish, I had to wait until the track area started to cook up before I could get a consistent reaction. Once this happened, this ball started to do what it is advertised to do. It gave me a lot more length than my Noize, and had much more of an angular move off the spot. I was about 10-12 boards right with my feet compared to the Noize. I threw this against my Dead Flush, and noticed that the Loud Noize was about 2 boards more overall hook in the box finish.
For most common league conditions, this ball will be magic towards the end of the shift. When your other balls start to hook too early, you can take out the Loud Noize and pack the pocket again. For slicker conditions, this will not be the ball you start with, unless you have slow ball speed.
If you bowl in a 2nd/3rd shift league, or struggle with dryer lanes, take a serious look into the Loud Noize.
