i have found that my resurgence reads the lane early and continues its early hook all the way through the pin deck, it feels like sometimes i cant hold the ball back

Its more a question of breakpoint shape than anything else.  I'd say that the Resurgence is the most even of the bunch and probably the earliest.  The Cell and the Dimension are very similar with the main difference being asym. vs. symm..  If drilled strong, they are virtually the same.  The Swing is probably the longest with the most backend of the collection.

I'd personally opt for the Cell, or the Dimension.  They will handle alot of oil and allow you to get deeper inside than something like the Resurgence.  The Swing is a good option, but it may not be strong enough for what your looking for.

I would look into getting a Resurgence. I been primarily been using that ball on flooded condition. I too also have a Cell, but I think the Resurgence is a couple of boards stronger. This may sound crazy, but I prefer to through my Rival over the Cell any day.

how about if compared in terms of its versatility?? I know that these balls are said to be suited for "heavy oil", but what if thrown on medium oiled lanes or even drier? which of these balls could still b used and which of these balls would just roll out?

If you want an early strong roll, sand your Rival. The Resurgence has a strong backend move in heavy oil but for me, if you sand your Rival down to 1000 it will put the Resurgence to shame....

dimension would be the best for a whole league night because its more continuous than the other stuff IMO and that leads to less possibility or roll-out.

Im so glad people are brainwashed to think that TRACK sucks. And its even funnier when im carrying with my TRACK ball and they're going flat ten with their BRUNSWICK ball.

If you ever here Chris Barnes talk about The Rival being a 80%, that means the ball is versatile in any lane conditions. As for medium oiled lanes, you may have to polish the ball up. Drier lanes, you may have to go with Wrath Dead Flush.
