Title: My New Bully
Post by: EFFEN 10 on October 05, 2004, 12:40:35 PM
What can I expect from it? I'm going to have it
drilled stacked leverage and am wondering if
anyone on this board has one drilled that way
and how they like it? I've read the reviews on this site
and BTM,but just want to throw this out there to
get some other opinions. Thanks.

I have a Bully, 4" pin, 3.5 top, drilled stacked with a small weight hole right of the thumb.  In the box finish, it skids clean through the heads, starts to roll about midlane and the backend is much like a particle ball...continuous motion.  You won't catch the ball flattening out at all really.  So far, I love mine...normally, I can only get a game or 2 out of it before the lanes start to carry down and at that point it starts to lose energy.  As long as you have basically any hand at all, you'll be able to get this ball to hook.  With the backend that it has, you're better off keeping it in the oil as much as you can.  Once it hits the dry, it just flips and it doesn't stop.  Typically I like to play a line such as 22 to 10, but on a house pattern, I've been able to hook just about the entire lane with this ball.  On a fresh shot, this ball hits HARD.
