I just got a Flipside Wild through my league, and was wondering what anyone thinks of it. Is it worth getting drilled up, even if just to be a spare ball? I've been using Brunswick balls for a long time, so if anyone can compare this to one of their balls, it would give me a lot of information.

A wild would be compared to a brunswick power groove, both are reactive covers and both have simple puck type cores. Fairly high Rg's tend to get down the lane a good ways and have decent backend. Depending on your style it might be usable on medium to lighter oil volumes.

Thanks, I'm using a Power Groove Reactive right now, but am getting the Nemesis and Scorchin' within the year. (I personally like Brunswick a lot!)

Anyway, I'll experiment, but I think I may keep it around for light oil.
