It is not an overseas ball.  Specs came out on my PBA product offer site today.  



Sharp Noize

I can''t say for sure..

But we (unfortunately) almost never get the C300 overseas balls..

So i''m pretty sure this is the worldwide release..

I was wrong on this one.  When I first looked at it, I thought it was an overseas version of the Cool Noize, but upon further inspection, I see that it''s not.  It''s a pearlized version of the Arch Rival cover with the TI Boss core.  Looks like a winner to me.

I smell a replacement for my Wrath Dead Flush coming in a few weeks.
