Columbia Demo night at our league

Columbia rep came to our scratch league last night. Bowlers were given the chance to try the power swing - and they ended up giving one away.
I didn't try the ball - we were on a dry pair, and I don't have any speed anyway...
But some of the guys that tried it really liked it.

Have they done this in your league?

Ebonite did this with the Striking Motion in Stockton back in October.

Threw it last week in pot games at the Gold Coast.  The ball didn't match
up well with me--didn't move off the spot much.

They had the balls last week in my center and the rep cleaned all the balls saying he wanted us to try the balls with a clean surface since the balls had been used a bunhc of times before.  They didn't sand the balls but just cleaned it with a ball cleaner.  The ball came off the spot well as did clear the fronts better then I epxected
