Question about the Resurgence
« on: February 05, 2008, 06:35:28 AM »
I am thinking about purchasing the Resurgence.  I want it primarily for when I bowl out at Nationals in the heavy oil.  I pretty much play straight up the boards around second arrow.  I just want to know if this ball will be good for me.  I have read about it and I think it is a ball I can throw and get results in heavy oil.  Anyone with any feedback or advice on this is greatly appreciated.

But Nationals doesn't have heavy oil? not in the last 10 years anyway.

Mine is wickedly strong, I have it at 4000 grit just to get some length out of it, I have been debating polishing it to see what happens, its definitely an oil hog though.

The Resurgence is a very strong oil ball.  I have finally met a condition that it almosted skated on...48 feet of oil.  I had to play a lot more straighter and stay behing the ball will very minimal side rotation.  It reacted very well but I couldn't crank it in that long oil that I faced.  Not complaining at all since my other balls didn't work.
