I would say a Black Ops or Black Widow Legend (black and red) with a surface adjustment.

You could also look at the Gamebreaker 2 Solid.  They have very similar hook shape to the RD.

I would agree on the Black Ops as a replacement. Also a Melee Hook might be close as well

900 Global Black Ops, change surface if need to get your desired reaction shape.

Very similar motion across all conditions to the Full Swing or Ransom Demand.
