The Power Swing is a decent replacment for the Rival. My Rival actually starts up a bit sooner than the PS. Mostly due to the RG difference in the two. The Full is the same way. It will need more surface and strong layout to replace the Resurgance. It has very easy length.

IMHO, Columbia really don't have anything in the lineup to replace a Resurgence or Moementum at this point.  A Full Swing with an early rolling smoother backend layout might do the job for the Resurgence and the same goes with the Bedlam for the Momentum.  Based on what I've seen about the ball, the Full Swing and Bedlam are designed for significantly more length and backend than the Resurgence and Momentum were.  You might want to take a look at the Noize as an alternative for the Resurgence because it's got the same cover.  I've thown a Cool Noize, and I believe this would be my choice to replace the Rival.  The cover is a pearl version of the cover used on the Rival and even with the different core, the ball roll for me is similar in the midlane and backend to the Rival. It has a little more length than the Rival, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing.

The Rivals have a stronger core than Noizes. I don't think they are comparable. You may need to go outside Columbia to find something as aggressive as the Resurgence.

i drilled a brunswick wild thing just like my rival and it's the closest ball i've gotten to a rival and the rival is my all time favorite. as for the resurgence i just drilled a brunswick diamondback the same way and it actually is stronger than the resurgence was for me and somehow hits even harder and drives more which i thought the resurgence did well above average.

Probably the closest you'll get w/ Hammer equipment is the Acid, but that's just a guess.  Why do people think that they're obligated to use just one ball company and buy 6 balls thinking that the scoring will go up, especially on a league shot ??  Equipment doesn't make a bowler better, practice and coaching do.
