Messenger Ti Pearl B/S/P

Does anybody remember anything about this ball? It's been discontinued for awhile now but I was able to find one the other day so I'm plugging and redrilling it. I had one a long time ago (about 4 years ago) but I didn't bowl all that great back then so I don't want to base my opinion of the ball on that. Is it possible to get a good deal of backend out of this ball or what?

I had the Red pearl, it didnt have a huge backend but it was VERY smooth and predictable and hit like a ton of bricks. C300 is still using that core in the Wrath series.

The Wrath series doesn't use the Messenger core, it uses the Boss core minus the ceramic nugget.

That ball was was a little longer and more angular than the Black/Gold Ti Messenger.  The Black/Gold Ti Messenger was quite a bit longer than the Red/Blue Ti Messenger.  It is probably the longest and most angular Ti Messenger ball they made (if memory serves).  I frankly would love to get my hands on one.  as far as being able to get a good backend out of it.  If you have semi fresh backends and not too much oil then you should be able to get a great backend reaction on it.  The ball probably wouldn't be good for anything more than a medium oil shot.  Hope this helps
