Pics of the New Arsenal
« on: January 27, 2007, 07:30:02 AM »
Hey everyone, for those that don't know me, I am from Canada and have recently joined Columbia 300 international staff and am really excited about it.  With every new ball that I drill I get more excited about the new gear.  So heres some pics with layouts of the stuff I have drilled so far.  If anyone has any questions on any of the ball, please feel free to message me any time.  I must send out a big thanks to Frank Buffa and Danyck Briere from Buffa Inc. for helping me out.  Can't wait for the new balls, they should be here soon and I will post the pics when I drill em......I will post some reviews on the balls in the review section when I get some more time......

Jason,

Welcome to Team Columbia, you'll make a great addition to the team. I see you like a long pin to PAP distance?? What's your PAP? Did you use the same layouts on your Brunswick stuff or are you finding the Columbia stuff different? Feel free to PM me with any questions you might have....

Hey guys thanks for the warm welcome.  My axis is 4 5/8 over and 1/2 up.  The Action Max is 5 1/2 and the Attack is 5 inches.  I drilled my first couple this way after having great success with the Brunswick stuff layed out this way.  The main difference that I see between the balls I drilled and the Brunswick stuff is the hook down lane.  I was amazed how much deeper I can get on the lane with the Columbia balls.  It helped that I shot 300 with the XP out of the box and then 289 with the Attack out of the box.  lol..... Hey Jon, tell Nick when you see him that I said hi and I hope he doesn't hate me....lol...

I am quite sure one of you guys can help me. I was a die-hard Hammer guy for many years. Then jumped to storm and built an arsenal of 6. Wrath, X-it, La-Nina, X-Factor, Tour Power, and Power Pearl. I have also tried several other companies equipment, Ebonite Tri-Max, Roto Silver Streak, Ebonite Blue Wolf, Track Sensor-C, Track Hex, etc. etc. I am struggling with the resin and reactive equipment with FLip-side WILD. I would LOVE a little info on how this ball has played. I realize that this is a mid-range ball and yet I loved my "mid-range" Columbia-Spirit. I have that one drilled with grips and am not yet willing to plug and re-drill just to lose the grips.
Thanks in advance
