Anybody threw this yet? For people looking for a touch more backend than the WILD, is this the ball?

Seen anybody throwing one... and I wonder how well they are doing in the proshops and if they're selling many of them?

I've thrown it.  It's way more ball than a scout IMO.  It's like a flippier version of a Super Trooper.  Same strong cover, but the higher rg and diff gave it much more of a pronounced angle on the backend.  Too much angle for my liking(with a pin under ring, C.G stacked drill).  It will be more than a Wild, but not so much more that you will need a ball in between it.  It's much like a Tornado Red/Silver from Ebonite or a Powergroove from brunswick.  Low end, with alot of flare saved for the backend.

Well, part of the reason I asked is because a friend has one and I have a NIB one... and his doesn't do much on the backend dto my WILD I let him throw.

Both are drilled similar to 5 x 5 and it seems to us that the WILD has more of a "punch/kick" on the backend where as the FEAR just rolls to the pocket... he's a little disapointed since he doesn't get more snap from his FEAR. I'm surprised too... by looking at the specs, the FEAR should be more ball!

It had a starting Top Weight of 2oz.

The low top weight is going to make it more "rolly" than flippy, but I'm not saying thats the answer to the problem.
