Need drilling suggestions on the Resurgence.

I just bought a Resurgence and would like to use it exclusively on heavier conditions. I was considering drilling it with the pin under 4" and 45 degree. Is this drilling too strong? In a Buddiesproshop's videos the bowler with a pap 4 5/8 drilled it pin under 4 1/2 and cg 3 3/4. What type of drilling is this and what is the equivalence in degrees? I am a tweener with ball speed about 14 mph.

No offense,  but with 14 mph ball speed, i think a resurgence with a pin down layout would be way  to early.  Its a very very strong ball. I can hardly throw mine, but hey, if you want a super hooker, then thats the way to go.

I like mine with the pin up,very strong in the mids with a smooth,strong backend.

I think it's close to a 5x5,pic is in my profile.last checked my pap was 5x0.

The suggested layout off C300's site is a 4 1/2" pin-PAP placement with the pin 3" above your grip center.  With my span, that would get the pin at real close (above) my ring finger.

That looks like the suggested layout off the Columbia web site.  (Lefty version, obviously.)
