Rival - Noize Comparison / Questions
« on: February 20, 2009, 05:47:23 AM »
Looking at a Noize to replace a Rival which was stolen. The Rival was polished, pin over ring, cg in palm, with about 2.5 ounces topweight after drilling. Rolled great in mids, and finished strong off the dry, but sometimes struggled with carrydown condition. Would a Noize offer similar reaction, drilled same way, or pin over bridge, cg in palm with polish?

My specs: PAP 5 1/2" over ) up or down
Speed - 16 mph off hand - 14 at pins
          HIGH track - about 1/4 - 1/2 from thumb, 5/8 - 3/4 from fingers
          Revs: approximate 270

Looking for something to get length, and not over react on backends, but go through carrydown without any problem.

Buy another rival, the Noize is much earlier and I dont it will be the same even polished, I have the Perfect Rival and think it is a great ball.

My noize is oil monster that likes to roll and then hook pretty late because of the higher RG.it does handle carrydown well and has some length so it might work but Rivals are still out there in stock.

the noize will definitely handle carry-down very well. I have one and a Perfect Rival. Great set of balls
