I asked a question earlier about a specific ball, and got some good responses. So I am going to try it again.
I have a Resurgence in OOB finish, which works great on the heavier patterns. I have a Rival, shined, that works great on my normal house shots I face. Problem is I have too big a gap in reaction between these balls. I found this out at a tournament last weekend. I was using the Resurgence, and I was just in a no carry zone, left 10 pin after 10 pin. Where I was at, stone 10, move left, flat 10, move right, goes high. And the Rival just wasn't strong enough to make it back and give me any room.
So my question is, what is the best way to fill in this gap? I have 2 thoughts:
1) Get another Resurgence, and either drill it a little weaker and.or shine it
2) Get another Rival, drill it stronger and leave it in OOB finish
Which is the better solution? Or does someone have another idea? Any ideas are welcomed.

"Hell of a situation we got here. Two on, two out, your team down a run and you've got the chance to be the hero on national television... if you don't blow it. Saw your wife last night. Great little dancer. That guy she was with? I'm sure he's a close personal friend, but tell me, what was he doing with her panties on his head?
Uh-oh, Rexie, I don't think this one's got the distance."
