Leagues this fall?
« on: July 24, 2009, 07:45:37 AM »
Was just wondering how many leagues you bowled in last year and if you planned on bowling more or less this year?

Also type of leagues do you bowl in mixed leagues...etc and how long have you been bowling.

I have been bowling 20 years this season and bowled in 2 leagues last year both mixed due to lack of mens leagues in my area and plan on doing 2 again this year.

Thanks for all of your responses! Its posted in a few different boards due to some people only reading their favorite boards..

Last year I bowled in the biggest money league in my area, as well as the only PBA experience league in my area.  Doing the same leagues this year, been bowling for about 15 years.

I bowled 2 leagues last year. One all mens competitive league and one fun league that I used for practice.

This year I will bowl the same fun league and a competitive big money mixed league. I bowl pba experience leagues in the summer for tune up.

I'm planning on bowling the local "business" league on Thursday nights (starts at 8:00 p.m.) at the local AMF, and a new PBA Experience league they're starting at the local Brunswick on Sunday evenings (starts at 5:30 p.m.).

Bowled in 4 leagues last winter, only 3 this year.  2 mixed and a mens.  Bowl Challenge league, (PBA patterns along with other tourney patterns), and a mixed league this summer.  Been back bowling seriously for 4 years after a 12-13 year sabbatical.
